Logify – AI Logo Maker (the “app”, “service”, or “Logify”) is operated by Rocket Digital Limited, 1603 The L Plaza, 367-375 Queens Road Central, Hong Kong (the “Company”, “we”, “us”). For privacy questions email hello@rocketdigital.ai.

Information we collect

Information you provide

  • The brand name, business description, and style preferences you type into the AI logo maker.
  • Any text prompts, color choices, font selections, and edits you make to your logo concepts.
  • Account information (email, display name) if you choose to sign in.
  • Purchase information when you upgrade to a paid plan.

Information collected automatically

  • Device data such as device model, operating system version, language, and crash reports.
  • Usage data such as which features you use, the screens you view, and how long you spend in them.
  • IP address and approximate location (city/country level) for analytics and fraud prevention.
  • Identifiers used by analytics SDKs (such as anonymous app instance IDs).

How we use your information

  • To generate logo concepts and provide the core features of the app.
  • To process payments, manage subscriptions, and prevent fraud.
  • To improve product quality, fix bugs, and decide what to build next.
  • To measure marketing performance and reach people who would benefit from Logify.
  • To send service messages (transactional emails, receipts, security alerts).
  • To comply with legal obligations.

Third-party services we use

We rely on a small set of trusted vendors to operate Logify. Each only receives the data they need to perform their function.

  • RevenueCat — manages in-app subscriptions, purchases, and entitlement state. Receives anonymous user IDs and purchase events.
  • Firebase (Google) — authentication, crash reporting, performance monitoring, and remote configuration.
  • Google AdMob — displays advertisements in the free tier of the app and may use device identifiers for ad personalization, subject to your consent.
  • OpenAI — used to power AI features inside the app, including text-based logo prompt understanding. Prompts may be processed by OpenAI to generate concepts.
  • Microsoft Azure — cloud infrastructure and storage for backend services and certain AI workloads.
  • Replicate — runs image and design generation models that produce some logo concepts and marketing assets.
  • Fal.ai — runs image and design generation models for low-latency logo and asset generation.
  • Google Analytics — measures website traffic and product analytics on logifylogo.app.
  • Meta Pixel (Facebook) — measures advertising effectiveness on Meta platforms.
  • Vercel Analytics — privacy-friendly aggregate web analytics for the marketing website.

Each provider operates under its own privacy policy. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Cookies and tracking technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality, analytics (Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics), and marketing measurement (Meta Pixel). Where required by law, we ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies. You can clear cookies from your browser settings at any time.

Children

Logify is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Data retention

We keep account and content data for as long as your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and associated content at any time by emailing hello@rocketdigital.ai. Some data may be retained for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes for the period required by law.

International transfers

Logify is operated from Hong Kong and uses cloud infrastructure that may transfer data across borders, including to the United States and the European Union. We rely on contractual safeguards with our vendors to protect your information.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. You can exercise these rights by emailing hello@rocketdigital.ai. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.

Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, restricted access, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email.
